Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Your trust matters to us. This Policy describes how Voltpay handles personal information across our websites and Services.

1.Overview

Voltpay Payments, Inc. ("Voltpay", "we") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights you have. It applies to our websites, dashboard, and Services.

2.Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account and business data — name, business details, tax IDs, and identity-verification documents required for KYC.
  • Payment data — card numbers, bank details, and transaction records, which are encrypted and tokenized.
  • Usage data — log files, device and browser information, IP address, and how you interact with our Services.
  • Communications — messages you send us, including support requests and the contact form.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — as described in our Cookie Policy.

3.How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Services and process payments.
  • To verify identity, prevent fraud, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
  • To analyze performance and develop new features.
  • To send marketing communications where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time.

5.How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

  • With acquiring banks, card networks, and financial partners to process payments.
  • With service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations.
  • With authorities when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6.Cardholder data

We handle cardholder data in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Card numbers are encrypted in transit and at rest and are replaced with tokens wherever possible so that sensitive data is minimized across our systems.

7.Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to comply with our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations — typically several years after the end of the relationship, as required by financial recordkeeping laws.

8.Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including AES-256 encryption, access controls, network segmentation, and continuous monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

9.Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to opt out of sale (we do not sell data).

To exercise any right, contact us at supportvoltpay@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

10.International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

11.Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12.Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
